This certification describes an integrated set of management processes, which form a service management system for the effective delivery of services to the business and its customers. To achieve this certification, all IT Service Management (ITSM) processes must be adequately documented and demonstrated to an independent auditor to ensure that they are being executed based on documented policies, procedures and work instructions. The thorough audit process was conducted by an accredited independent auditor from SAI-Global.
