As an Elite Partner, SMS joins a select few companies, and the second in the US Federal segment, with the designation. The certification enables SMS to offer its federal clients the full Juniper portfolio of networking and security solutions and is the highest level of accreditation for partners in Juniper’s J-Partner program.

Juniper’s Elite Portfolio Partner designation is limited to companies that have been chosen by Juniper and to have met and exceeded stringent standards for customer satisfaction, personnel qualifications, training, and service. SMS’ sales, engineering, and customer support engineers have met strict proficiency and certification requirements set by Juniper to achieve the Elite Partner status.

Veterans Day is not a holiday for administrative staff. Instead, administrative staff receive the day following Thanksgiving as a holiday. Engineers and others working on a customer site should follow their customer’s schedule for Veterans Day. If the customer’s site is closed on Veterans Day, those employees must take that day as the holiday. If the customer’s site is open, those employees have the option of taking either Veterans Day or the day after Thanksgiving (but not both) as coordinated with their customer.
